Next meeting is the first Wednesday in the month.  The club decided that we would donate bathroom products for the Foundation. So if you're as absent minded like YHC a  $10 donation is suggested to 12 3109 0110290 02 labeled at "Grace" or you can pay it when you come in for breakfast! I'm sure Ted will remind you!

Sargent's session
A quote from a Hollywood intelectual, "My
stairlift is driving me up the wall"

Three minute speaker:
Malcolm told us of Amundson's first trip to Antarctica. He went with a Belgian expedition in 1897-99. It was the first ship to get stuck in Antarctic ice and taught him a lot which he put to good use when he lead the first successful expedition to the south pole a decade later.

Club Session leader: Peter Barron
Started the session by reminding the club that we had to raise funds.  We are currently looking at a deficit of $7,000 for this Rotary year.
Many ideas were discussed but no action plan was created or tasks allocated.
Ted suggested that we should look seriously at
amalgamating with another club. This idea will be discussed at the next board meeting.  Colleen suggested that we consider an E-club structure.

The last day for a Club meeting this year is 14 December.
