Just email Avis on avisnelson@xtra.co.nz NOTE from David McLesih's recent visit - David wrote to say he appreciated coming to the meeting and catching up with many familiar faces and the club is in "Great Heart", it was a highlight of his trip home. He also thanked the club, Peter Barron, for being presented with his Sapphire Pin and he's looking forward to catching up again in the future, possibly on a permanent basis. $89 for dinner and wine. Please contact Jan Malcolm - janmalcolm1@gmail.com Our INSPIRING Guest Speaker this week was Dr Tom Mulholland - who gave us a Mobile phone App - KYND - which may be able to assist you living a longer, but healthier lifestyle, being the ambulance at the top of the cliff instead of the bottom! Dr Tom gave us a wonderful overview of how he is helping, not only NZ'ders, but remote Islands overseas, who need hospital treatment and assistance. Take a look at his book, Healthy Thinking. He was really funny, plus interesting and we may even be able to get him back.
