Our INSPIRING Guest Speaker this week was Dr Tom Mulholland - who gave us a Mobile phone App - KYND - which may be able to assist you living a longer, but healthier lifestyle, being the ambulance at the top of the cliff instead of the bottom!  Dr Tom gave us a wonderful overview of how he is helping, not only NZ'ders, but remote Islands overseas, who need hospital treatment and assistance.   Take a look at his book, Healthy Thinking.  He was really funny, plus interesting and we may even be able to get him back.
